Recommendations from the National Advisory Committee on Children and Disasters: 2013-2018

The National Advisory Committee on Children and Disasters (NACCD) was first established under the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Reauthorization Act of 2013 and terminated in 2018. The original committee’s reports and recommendations are available below because of their ongoing relevance to HHS and its partners in the public and private sectors. The Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness and Advancing Innovations Act of 2018 reestablished the NACCD, which ASPR will lead again when the charter is approved. As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) Final Rule from the General Service Administration, all information about the new NACCD will appear here when available.
