Short-Term Administrative Relief to grantees impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria

HHS is taking the action to approve requests for relief of certain short-term administrative, financial management and audit requirements under the Uniformed Guidance at 2 C.F.R. Part 200 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.  These requirements are implemented under 45 C.F.R. Part 75 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards without compromise to accountability requirements.
