Biography: Schuyler T. Eldridge, IV, M.B.A.,

Mr. Schuyler T. Eldridge serves as the Deputy Director of Acquisitions Management, Contracts & Grants (AMCG) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). He is responsible for the senior leadership and management of the office.

Schuyler first joined the ASPR in April 2006 on detail from the National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH) where he served as a Senior Contracting Officer in the Prevention, Control and Population Sciences contracts section. He became permanent to the ASPR in July 2006 and served as a Senior Contracting Officer, Team Lead for the Pandemic Influenza Contracts Team I. Schuyler became the Chief Contracting Officer in October 2008 and the Acting Deputy Director in July 2012. He was permanently selected as Deputy Director of AMCG in November 2013.

Schuyler is a graduate of the former NIH Management Intern Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton (Inst.) University, a Master's in
Schuyler T. Eldridge 

Business Administration (concentration-Public Administration) from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master’s Certificate in Government Contract Management from the George Washington University School of Business. He maintains an unlimited Contracting Officer’s warrant, was a Level IV-Acquisition Manager in the previous Department of Health and Human Services Procurement Certification Program and is currently Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Level III certified. He has earned several individual awards and group awards, including the HHS Secretary’s Award for Distinguished Service as part of the ASPR Medical Countermeasure Team (2014) and the Hubert H. Humphrey Award for Service to America (presented by the HHS Secretary to the staff of AMCG in 2015).
