Biography: Stephen Saletta, Ph.D.,

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

 

Stephen Saletta is the Director of Administrative Management for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services supporting ASPR’s Travel, Facilities, and Information Technology requirements.

Prior to joining ASPR, he was assigned to the U.S. Information Technology Agency as the Chief of Acquisition Services. He has also worked for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (Policy) and the Defense Business Transformation Agency where he managed projects supporting economic development and business system modernization for the U.S. military efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

His educational background includes post-doctoral training at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University.
