The Office of Management Finance and Human Capital (MFHC) manages the financial resources and talent needed to fulfill ASPR’s mission and ensures that neutral policies are implemented throughout the office. MFHC contains the Head of Contracting Authority as well as the Divisions of Human Capital, Acquisition Policy/Support, and Finance.
By aligning financial resources to strategic priorities, continually developing a world-class workforce, and maintaining acquisition and assistance policy, MFHC enables ASPR to respond more effectively to 21st century health threats.
