Lisa Dillard

Lisa Dillard serves as ​deputy director of the Strategic National Stockpile (SNS). In this role, she facilitates the work of the branches while providing strategic leadership, a focus on priorities, and establishment of high-level relations both interagency and outside government to support the mission.

Lisa brings her experience from her previous position as chief of the SNS Information and Planning Branch, where she prioritized a focus on customer service and support to federal, state, and local partners. She is a proponent of public and private partnership integration efforts, as evidenced by past preparedness planning, training and execution, including the conduct of collaborative workshops and tabletop exercises with the Health Industry Distributors Association. In 2020, she managed the SNS’ COVID-19 response, with leadership that was enhanced by her technical acumen of emergency preparedness planning. She also served as project manager for the SNS 2.0 initiative.

Lisa joined SNS in 2002 following a career as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, where she completed a variety of assignments throughout the United States, South Korea, and Southwest Asia. Lisa is a 1990 graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in accounting.
