Outlook Web Access has been enabled for all ASPR users as of August 14th, 2015.
For users who have not been migrated to My Workplace, visit: https://owa.hhs.gov use itsc\first.last as your username and your network password as the password. Please notice the direction of the slash "\" in the username.
For users who have been migrated to My Workplace, visit http://outlook.com/hhs.gov use first.last@hhs.gov as your username and your network password as the password.
If you are not able to login using either of the above methods, please send an email to HHS_ITIO_ServiceDesk@hhs.gov and BBASPRIssues@hhs.gov stating that you are an ASPR user and unable to log on to Outlook Web Access. Please include your HHS email address and a good contact number where you can be reached.
