The NBSB held a public teleconference on August 14, 2009, from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. EDT. The purpose of the August 14, 2009 public teleconference is for the Board to receive current activity updates from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services representatives on H1N1 countermeasures. Topic updates will include the topics of vaccines, antivirals, and diagnostics. In addition, the Board may consider topics on H1N1 and vulnerable populations.
