​Nintex Analytics troubleshooting g​uide​

After activating Nintex Analytics and it is not working if you visit the  Nintex Administration page in your  tenant an error message will be displayed.
Follow the troubleshooting steps given below:

Check if Nintex Analytics services are available​

​Check if the Nintex Analytics services are available in your SharePoint tenant.
  1. ​In the Central Administration page of your SharePoint tenant, click Nintex Workflow Management.
  2. Click Nintex Analytics.The Connection status is shown.  If the Connection status has an error, contact Nintex Customer support for assistance.

Set up proxy for Nintex Workflow

If your network has a proxy server, ensure that the proxy is setup for Nintex Workflow. Follow the steps below to setup proxy server:
  1. In the Central Administration page of your SharePoint tenant, click Nintex Live Management.
  2. Click Connection settings.
  3. In the Proxy server section, select the Connect with proxy server option and enter details.
 

Firewall URL and services to allow

This section describes how to enable or disable External Start and how to view usage of External Start endpoint URLs.If the farm has a firewall setup, allow the following URL and services:
  • https://wus01-tln-nas.nintexcloud.com/
  • *.servicebus.windows.net
  • *.blob.core.windows.net
