This topic describes the selections on the External Start URLs page. Use this page to view all External Start endpoint URLs across the farm and usage statistics. You can also configure endpoint URLs with an account of the required permissions.
Steps to access this page
To access the External Start URLs page
- On the Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Workflow Management.
- On the Nintex Workflow Management page, click External Start URLs.
Page reference
The External Start URLs page displays a list of External Start endpoint URLs with the following columns. Each row represents a single endpoint URL.

Site corresponding to the endpoint URL. |
Workflow name |
Workflow corresponding to the endpoint URL. |
Internal URL name for reference |
Optional name specified for the endpoint URL. |
Endpoint URL |
Full address of the endpoint URL. Example: https://run.nintex.io/x-start/weuyj1TkGD |
Status |
Endpoint URL enabled/disabled status. |
Calls |
Number of calls to the endpoint URL. |
Last called |
Date and time of last call to the endpoint URL. |
Created by |
Username used to create the endpoint URL. |
Created |
Date and time when the endpoint URL was created. |
Configure |
Configure button to access the Manage External Start configuration page for the workflow corresponding to the endpoint URL.For more information about this configuration page, see Manage External Start configuration page. Note: Requires an account with full control permission on the related SharePoint site (noted in the Site column). |
