		Strengthening Regional Emergency Planning Alliances The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) supported the development of regional public health and medical regional emergency planning by working with two alliances: Region IV’s Unified Planning Coalition (UPC) and the Mid-America Alliance (MAA) in Regions VII/VIII.
