Volunteers working together and using their skills to help their communities
In 2020, volunteers from the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) answered the call to action in communities across the US, staffing drive-through COVID-19 testing sites, helping with evacuations and sheltering during wildfires, hurricanes and tropical storms, and performing a wide variety of other invaluable services in response to emergencies that often strained resources beyond capacity.
