Request a Meeting
In cooperation with the Office of Acquisitions Management, Contracts & Grants (AMCG), the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), and HHS Office of Small & Disadvantage Business Utilization (OSDBU) would like to provide you the opportunity to present commercially available medical supplies and equipment* from large and small businesses to support ASPR’s mission in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from the adverse health effects of emergencies and disasters by supporting our communities’ ability to withstand adversity, strengthening our health and response systems, and enhancing national health security.
If you have commercially available medical supplies and/or equipment that you believe could be used by emergency responders, please submit a request for a meeting with ASPR representatives to showcase your commercially available medical supplies and/or equipment**. For examples of commercially available medical supplies and equipment that ASPR is interested in please review the Health and Human Service Annual Forecast.
We will evaluate your request and route it to the most appropriate resource ASPR Program Office to gauge their interest. You will be contacted with a response to your meeting requested within five (5) business days of submission.
Please note: all submissions to PHE.gov are voluntary and are for informational use only. However, the submission of complete information may facilitate the routing/approval of your request.
*Market research is conducted to determine if commercial items or non-developmental items are available to meet the Government’s needs or could be modified to meet the Government’s needs. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 10.002).
** Please ensure that the meeting requestor is not currently competing for a contract under an active solicitation. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15.3).
