Thursday, November 12, 2020:
During this meeting, we heard the latest updates on the COVID-19 Vaccine Strategy and facilitated a question and answer session to address concerns related to the vaccine. We also learned about the operational structure of the Alternate Care Facility at Wisconsin Fair State Park and how it is managing surges in COVID-19 cases throughout the region. Finally, the Colorado Hospital Association presented on the standup of the Colorado Combined Hospital Transfer Center (CHTC) and how it is used to transfer and load balance COVID-19 patients across hospital systems.
