Shortcut Keys

A shortcut key is a combination of keys that executes a specific function or command within the Nintex Forms application.

Responsive Forms Designer shortcut keys

The following are the shortcut keys that are available for use when designing a form in the Responsive Forms Designer:

Shortcut​ keys Description
Ctrl + Z​ Undo last action​
​Ctrl + Y ​Redo most recent undo
Delete​ Delete the selected control(s)​​

Classic Forms Designer shortcut keys

The following are the shortcut keys that are available for use when designing a form in the Classic Forms Designer:

Shortcut​ keys Description
Ctrl + Shift + A​ Select all controls on the layout​
Ctrl + Shift + C​ Copy the selected control(s) to the clipboard
Ctrl + Shift + X​​ Remove the selected control(s) and copy to the clipboard
Ctrl + Shift + V​​ Paste the copy/cut control(s)​ from the clipboard
Ctrl + Shift + B​​ Bring the selected control(s)​ to the front
Ctrl + Shift + S​ Send the selected control(s)​ to the back
Ctrl + Z​ Undo last action​
​Ctrl + Y ​Redo most recent undo
Delete​ Delete the selected control(s)​​
​Ctrl + Shift + F ​Copy the font and styles from the selected control(s) using Format Painter.
